Hidden Pockets Collective Trust, in collaboration with the Center for Reproductive Rights, recently conducted a two-week campaign in India dedicated to the crucial issue of decriminalizing adolescent sexuality. The campaign meticulously addressed the lack of discourse around adolescent sexuality in Indian society. It centered on two primary objectives: raising awareness and advocating for comprehensive sexuality education. Through a series of discussions and content creation, the campaign delved into topics including teen and early pregnancy, puberty-related concerns faced by adolescents, and the urgent need to initiate open conversations on these issues. This initiative sought to challenge the prevailing stigma and silence surrounding adolescent sexuality in India, emphasizing the importance of providing young individuals with the knowledge and support they need to make informed choices about their sexual health and well-being.
